About Us
Meliora EDU was founded as an educational LLC with three services available.
1.) Meliora Girl Program
2.) Educational Coaching
3.) Tutoring
*Meliora Girl is a program for middle and high school girls that teaches and discusses the importance of mindset, leadership and resilience. There are three 8-week sessions in the program and upon completion each Meliora Girl will be invited to mentor girls that are incoming to Session 1.

Topics also include friendships, personality, self-advocacy, stress and health, communication and social media, managing emotions, teamwork, learning differences, body positivity and more! Each 8-week session has six weeks of content, a guest speaker or hands on activity at week 7 and a celebration where parents are invited for the last class in week 8. Classes meet weekly at the YMCA in Springfield PA (Delaware County).
Meet Courtney
I'm Courtney! I am Springfield born and raised (SHS class of 95) and a married mom of two teens. Ryan is 17 and Rachel is 13.
I began my career as a teacher in 1999 after graduating from Rosemont College with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. I taught elementary in Chester Public Schools then middle and high school at The Concept School in Westtown. I obtained a Master's Degree in Education with Reading Specialist Certification from St Joseph's University and taught until 2007 when my son was born. I spent many years as a stay at home mom and also taught as an adjunct at DCCC for a year and a half. In 2011, after my daughter was born, I entered the direct sales arena and had a successful business with a full time income for over 10 years. I returned to teaching special education in elementary school West Philadelphia in 2023 and returned as a part time Reading Specialist in 2024. My husband Scott has been a public school history teacher for 27 years.

After over a decade as a leader and top seller in the network marketing industry, I learned so much about mindset and leadership from top industry experts and publications. Still craving my business life, I decided to bring that content in a fun and empowering format to the generation that needs more communication, face to face conversation skills and less screen time.

I am enrolled in a six month program to receive a certification as an academic life coach for students (which I am loving being a student again!). I will begin to work with private clients one on one upon certification (Spring 2025).
